**WHO ARE YOU**:
General Accountabilities:
The Associate is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of multiple companies' revenue invoices and related general ledgers, including the preparation of journal entries in accordance with GAAP.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Open Charges for invoicing
- Identify Overcap charges & follow-up with respective Delivery Lead / Client Partner on resolution.
- Confirm that the rates are in line with the rate cards.
- Confirm that CPI adjustments are considered as per agreed timeline.
- Review of Customer MSA / SOW on periodic basis
- Should have knowledge and experience of data analysis.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable team in preparation of invoices.
- Responsible for reconciling accounting records and reporting including, preparation and submission of various required reports including verifying, balancing, and reconciling various kinds of transactions and reports.
- Analysis and review of accounting transactions
- Analyzes and verifies internal consistency, completeness, and mathematical accuracy of accounting documents.
- Assists in supporting and maintaining a strong internal control environment within Zinnia, participate in internal control design and documentation related to internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)
- Participates in development of changes to areas of responsibility that would enhance, improve, or facilitate job performance, processing, or workflow.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:
Qualifications:

- B.Com / M.Com
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the use of accounting systems required.
- 3+ years' experience in relevant work preferred.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles & theories required.
- Willingness to participate in improvement projects and drive projects to completion.
- Strong accounting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to define problems and make recommendations, which support the strategic direction of the organization.
- Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work collaboratively or independently as required.
- Good in communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
