**Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor**

**Location**: Pimplas, Thane, Mumbai

**Salary Range**: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping furniture items.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of delivery trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling merchandise.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and track stock levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse facility to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
- Utilize warehouse management software to optimize inventory control and streamline warehouse operations.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or warehouse operations.
- Prepare and generate reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, order fulfillment, and operational performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the furniture or related industry.
- Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively supervise and motivate warehouse staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is preferred.
