Good Communication Skills on Kannada.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Engage with users and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Inbound Process.
- Ability to Communicate clearly with the Customer and Providing information about the product.
- Experience in Customer service Voice process would be an added advantage.
- Should have min 1-5 yrs Experience as Telecaller.
- Good opportunity to get monthly upto 30k Incentives.
