**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. - Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals etc.
- Responsible for handling different types IT/ Non-IT requirements.
- Should be good at headhunting and sourcing Pharma/IT profiles through LinkedIn and other Job portals.
- Arranging interviews and follow up.

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachelors or Master’s Degree.
- Experience: 0 to 4 Years in Staffing industry. Willing to work in Nightshifts
- Must have good communication skills and good attitude.
- Expert into Recruitment, Resume sourcing, Resume screening, conducting interviews, Job portals, Job posting and Follow Ups.
- Knowledge on Clinical, Pharma, bio technology staffing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Job portals and Sites.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Narasaraopet, Andhra Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Narasaraopet, Andhra Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (required)
