Event Sales and Sponsorship Executive

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive event sales and secure sponsorships.
- Identify and target potential sponsors, establishing and nurturing strong relationships to maximize sponsorship revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sponsorship packages and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor events, and potential opportunities for growth.
- Lead negotiations with sponsors to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships, including contract development and execution.
- Work closely with the events team to understand event requirements and customize sponsorship solutions accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching sponsorship packages to potential clients.
- Provide post-event analysis and reports to sponsors, demonstrating the impact of their investment.
- Continuously evaluate and improve sales strategies to enhance overall sponsorship revenue.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and sponsorship roles within the events industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of sponsors and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of event marketing, branding, and promotional strategies.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple sponsorships simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Creative thinker with the ability to tailor sponsorship packages to meet the unique needs of sponsors.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis for effective sales tracking.
- Willingness to travel as needed for in-person meetings and events.

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
