Well conversant with Project Management activities (for Oil & Gas Industry products, preferably Static Equipment)
- Basic understanding of ASME code
- Need to have extensive knowledge about all the activities related to various discipline required during the execution of projects.
- Ability to evaluate and calculate the resources based on activity and time taken to perform, so that it can be reflected in the respective schedule to find out the critical path.
- Ability to prepare and present the methodology and overview including critical tasks, de-bottle neck and constraints of the projects.
- Ability to understand, forecast and highlight the deviation related to scope and initiate the necessary actions.
- Need to have extensive command in preparing, monitoring and tracking the progress of activities, resources and sub-contracting services.
- Ability to generate various reports in accordance with planned v/s actual, look ahead and forecast.
- Control and monitor the successful and efficient function of department.
- Maintain cordial relationship with all clients.
- Generate system/ guideline so that required resources in order to complete the project can be optimized.
- Arrange to prepare look ahead plans so that requirement of project’s can be known in advance in order to either meet the demand or take corrective action.
- Assure all work is completed in accordance with contract requirement and specification.
- Participate in regular meetings for the follow up of projects and its critical path.
- Arrange to ensure close out report to be forwarded to contract and estimation so that corrective action can be taken, if any for the future projects.
- Perform other additional tasks as directed / instructed by management.
- Proven track record in successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams in the oil and gas sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency within the industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with an understanding of the specific terminology used in the oil and gas field.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools specific to oil and gas EPC projects.
- Familiarity with relevant industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the oil and gas sector.
