**Curriculum Development**: Design and develop a comprehensive curriculum aligned with the UPSC syllabus, including lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.

**Mentoring and Guidance**: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, offering strategies and study techniques to enhance their learning and exam preparation. Motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.

**Current Affairs Update**: Stay updated with the latest current affairs, national and international news, and government policies. Incorporate relevant current affairs topics into the teaching content to help students stay abreast of current events.

**Exam Strategy**:Assist students in developing effective exam strategies, time management skills, and answer writing techniques specific to the UPSC examination format. Provide tips and tricks to improve performance and maximize scores.

**Qualifications**:
UPSC/Civil Services Exam Experience: Strong understanding and knowledge of the UPSC examination pattern, syllabus, and eligibility criteria.

Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching or mentoring UPSC aspirants is an advantage. Experience in coaching institutes, training centers, or educational institutions focused on civil services examination preparation is desirable.

Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English or Hindi. Ability to deliver complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Passion for Teaching: A genuine interest in teaching and mentoring students. Ability to inspire and motivate aspirants, and provide guidance and support throughout their UPSC journey.

Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt teaching methods and strategies based on the needs and learning styles of individual students. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with changing requirements.

Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage curriculum development, lesson planning, assessments, and other administrative tasks. Effective time management to ensure timely completion of syllabus and preparation for examinations.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
