Customer Service:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and managing cash registers.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Prescription Processing:
- Receive and input prescription orders into the pharmacy system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Verify prescription information, including dosage instructions, medication interactions, and refill authorizations.
- Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to obtain necessary prescription information and approvals.
- Assist customers with prescription pick-ups, providing counseling on medication usage and potential side effects as needed.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of prescription medications and over-the-counter products.
- Receive and organize incoming inventory shipments, checking for accuracy and completeness.
- Rotate stock and check expiration dates regularly to ensure product freshness and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits as required.
- Store Operations:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment, including shelving, displays, and product signage.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
- Assist in the setup and promotion of sales and promotional events, including product displays and signage placement.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding security, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks, share information, and address any issues or concerns.
- Provide support and assistance to colleagues during busy periods or as needed.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
