**Customer Relationship Manager**

**About White Collar Realty**:
As the name itself symbolizes is a professional real estate services offering all around solutions to meet the various facets of residential as well as commercial properties for purchase and investment in Gurgaon. We cater to whole process search and discovery, transactions and home loans, property management and post-sales services.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Industry: Real Estate**

**Gender: Females Preferred**

1)Must be able to handle real estate customer's inbound and outbound calls.

2)Building and maintaining profitable relationship with customers and doing followup calls.

3) Must explain to the customers about the proper details of teh property.

4)Invite clients to Site visits as per sales leads according to the requirements.

5)Must have the capabilities of communicating and coordinating with other team members.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:
1)Fresher or atleast one year experience is required.

2)Must have good communication skills both in English and Hindi

3)Excellent fluency in English is required.

4)He must have positive attitude and must be focused on customer satisfaction.
