**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Team Management**:Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of electrical engineers and technicians.

Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- **Electrical System Operation**:Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical systems within the DRI unit.

Monitor electrical equipment performance and ensure optimal functioning.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of electrical systems with other plant processes.
- **Troubleshooting and Repairs**:Identify and diagnose electrical malfunctions and issues.

Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve electrical problems promptly.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and execute repairs and preventive maintenance.
- **Safety and Compliance**:Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards in all electrical operations.

Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments related to electrical systems.
Implement safety training programs for electrical staff.
- **Project Management**:Plan and execute electrical projects, including upgrades, installations, and modifications.

Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, and report to senior management.
- **Process Optimization**:Identify opportunities for process improvement and energy efficiency in electrical systems.

Implement strategies to optimize electrical processes and reduce downtime.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, repairs, and upgrades.

Generate regular reports on electrical system performance, issues, and improvements.
- **Training and Development**:Arrange training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the electrical team.

Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies in electrical engineering.

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
