**About the Role: Executive - Liaisoning** As an Executive - Liaisoning at GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the legal and regulatory aspects of ground mount solar projects. Your role involves coordinating with government agencies, local authorities, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and the smooth execution of projects. You will play a critical role in obtaining necessary approvals, permits, and clearances for ground mount solar projects.
**Functional Parameters**:
**1. Regulatory Compliance**: Target: Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations and standards for ground mount solar projects.
**2. Permitting and Approvals**: Target: Obtain necessary permits, licenses, and approvals for ground mount solar projects in a timely manner.
**3. Stakeholder Coordination**: Target: Coordinate with government agencies, local authorities, and community stakeholders to facilitate project approvals.
**4. Documentation and Reporting**: Target: Maintain accurate records of project-related documentation and provide regular reports on project status and progress.
**5. Legal Support**: Target: Provide legal support and advice on contractual agreements, land acquisition, and other project-related matters.
**6. Commnity Engagement**: Target: Engage with local communities and stakeholders to address concerns and build positive relationships for successful project execution.
**7. Process Optimization**:Target: Identify opportunities to streamline the liaisoning process, improving efficiency and reducing project timelines.
**8. Project Coordination**: Target: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and project management, to ensure project requirements are met.
**9. Risk Management**: Target: Identify potential risks related to legal and regulatory compliance and develop mitigation strategies.
**10. Timely Project Execution**: Target: Ensure projects are executed according to planned timelines, coordinating closely with all relevant parties. **Fundamental Parameters**:
**Experience**:Minimum 2-4 years of proven experience in listed companies.
**Qualification**: Graduate from a recognized institution with good communication skills.
