En direct de New Delhi, Colombo, Bali, Hanoi, Shanti Travel est une agence de voyages locale spécialiste de l’Asie qui propose des séjours sur-mesure et à visage humain. **Missions**:
En tant que Travel Expert, vous ferez partie de l’équipe de vente en Inde. Nous recherchons un Travel Expert expérimenté venant d’un pays francophone, passionné de voyages. Vous gérerez des exigences de voyage sur mesure pour les voyageurs seuls, en couple, en lune de miel et en famille.

L’objectif est de garder nos clients satisfaits et fidèles pour les services futurs.

Le Travel Expert joue un rôle clé dans le succès de l’organisation. C’est lui qui joue un rôle central dans:
Ventes individuelles et d’équipe et réalisation des objectifs : générer un maximum de réservations, atteindre les objectifs individuels et aider l’équipe à atteindre les objectifs de l’équipe.

Ventes et opérations : Traiter les demandes et surveiller avec les invités,

Partenariat B2C : contact direct avec les clients, disponibilité 24 heures sur 24, accueil des clients dans leur destination.

Partenariat B2B : générer un maximum de réservations avec des partenaires B2B selon la politique développée par votre B2B & Prod in charge en Inde.

Développement et production : Avec nos partenaires locaux, B2B & Prod en Inde, rassembler une expertise exhaustive pour développer des programmes qui correspondent à la philosophie de voyage de Shanti Travel dans tous les domaines.

RESPONSABILITES

Planifier et vendre des services de transport, d’hébergement et autres services de voyage

Collaborer avec les clients (également par téléphone) pour déterminer leurs besoins et les

informer de la destination appropriée, des modes de transport, des dates de voyage, des coûts et de l’hébergement

Fournir aux voyageurs des informations, brochures et publications pertinentes (guides, coutumes locales, cartes, règlements, événements, etc.)

Percevoir les paiements et les frais

Utiliser des techniques promotionnelles et préparer du matériel promotionnel pour vendre des forfaits d’itinéraires

Traiter les problèmes de voyage, les plaintes ou les remboursements

Assister à des séminaires de voyage pour rester à jour avec les tendances touristiques

Saisir des données dans notre logiciel et gérer les fichiers clients

« Réseauter » avec les voyagistes

Tenir des dossiers statistiques et financiers

Atteindre les objectifs de profit et de vente

D’autres tâches et fonctions peuvent être assignées.

PRODUCTION ET DEVELOPPEMENT

Optimiser la production en ligne : (sous la supervision de Prod en charge)

Mettre à jour l’indice de référence de nos concurrents,

Mettre à jour les prix en ligne et créer de nouveaux itinéraires,

Fournir les outils de vente (liste de prix, programmes maîtres hors ligne ),

Optimiser la production hors ligne : (sous la supervision de Prod en charge)

Création d’itinéraire, tarification et collecte d’informations relatives aux destinations

Recueillir l’information et chercher de nouveaux produits, hôtels, activités, expériences et bonnes adresses pour améliorer la qualité des programmes.

Prendre des photos et des vidéos pendant la découverte de l’Inde et partager à des fins de communication.

Tenir à jour les documents de formation à destination.

**Profil**:

Venant d’un pays francophone avec un bon niveau d’anglais

2 ans d’expérience minimum dans l’industrie du voyage ou du tourisme

« Orienté client »

A l’aise pour vendre des voyages par téléphone ou par courrier en français et en anglais

Prêt à apprendre nos systèmes informatiques de réservation et les systèmes GDS

Prêt à devenir un expert dans la vente d’autres destinations

Solides compétences de vente et notoriété commerciale

Capacité d’interagir, de communiquer et de négocier efficacement

L’expérience de voyage personnelle sera considérée comme un avantage

**Conditions**:

Contrat local, temps plein

Salaire : 45000 roupies indiennes par mois (soit 496 euros par mois)

Shanti Travel prend en charge le visa et l’assurance

Basé à New Delhi, en Inde, possible aussi à Jaipur

Durée du contrat : 6 mois (août ou septembre 2024 à février 2025)
