We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Site Supervisor to join our team and play a crucial role in overseeing civil construction and interior design projects. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will also be expected to embrace challenges and contribute to the growth and success of our start-up:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Supervision**: Monitor and oversee all phases of civil construction and interior design projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety standards and timely delivery.

**Team Coordination**: Collaborate with project teams, including architects, contractors, and designers, to ensure effective communication and coordination.

**Quality Control**: Implement and enforce quality control measures to deliver high-quality results.

**Budget Management**: Assist in managing project budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.

**Timeline Management**: Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and addressing any delays or issues promptly.

**Problem Solving**: Proactively identify and resolve project-related challenges and issues that may arise during construction and interior design phases.

**Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all safety regulations and standards are adhered to on-site to maintain a safe working environment.

**Client Communication**: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing their concerns.

**Vendor and Supplier Relations**: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary materials and resources.

**Innovation and Growth**: Continuously seek opportunities for improvement, cost-saving measures, and innovative solutions to drive the start-up’s growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in civil construction and interior design projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior design concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take initiative and demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with budget management and cost control.
- Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Willingness to **embrace** challenges and contribute to the start-up’s growth.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
