**Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Relations**:
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring a smooth process.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Respond to guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating as necessary.
- **Reservations and Bookings**:
- Process hotel reservations, including online bookings, phone reservations, and walk-ins.
- Ensure accuracy in booking details, including room types, rates, and special requests.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest preferences and special requests.
- Maintain updated knowledge of room availability, rates, and promotions.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage the hotel's front desk operations, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and guest billing.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and room assignments.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- **Safety and Security**:
- Monitor the lobby area and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Handle guest emergencies or security incidents, following hotel procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy policies when handling guest information.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other hotel staff members to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or tourism is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,065.78 - ₹25,459.26 per month
