His proficiency in SketchUp & VRAY will help ARK to build better technical support to regional customers & channel partners & establish the ARK VAD position in **West (Gujarat)** region.

**Responsibilities**:
Primarily responsible for conducting SketchUp products portfolio demonstration, webinars, orientation & customer support in the region

Create accurate and detailed 3D models using SketchUp based on architectural plans, interior design, sketches, or reference images.

Creating Demo Goal & Objective by Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements

Ensure that models adhere to design specifications, scale, and accuracy.

Generate high-quality renderings for presentations and demonstration materials. Assist in creating seens or virtual tours.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and software advancements.

Skills required:
Strong & Effective communication capabilities (both written & verbal) with internal & external customers.

Proficiency in SketchUp (and other 3D modeling software).

Strong understanding of architectural, interior design and spatial concepts.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within defined timelines.

Knowledge of rendering engines (Vray, Enscape, or similar) is a plus.

Portfolio showcasing your 3D modeling and visualization work.

Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred min. 1 or 2yrs of work experience as products demonstration
