Public Relations Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual with 1-2 years of experience to join our Public Relations team as a Public Relations Associate. The Public Relations Associate will play a key role in supporting various PR initiatives to enhance the company's brand image and reputation. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of public relations and contribute to impactful PR campaigns.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of PR strategies and campaigns to promote the company's brand and initiatives.
- Draft press releases, media pitches, and other written materials for distribution to journalists, bloggers, and other media outlets.
- Build and maintain relationships with members of the media, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor media coverage and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of PR efforts.
- Coordinate media interviews, press events, and other PR activities, ensuring smooth execution and logistics.
- Assist in the management of social media accounts and online communities, including content creation and engagement.
- Conduct research to identify media opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide support for internal communications initiatives, including drafting employee communications and newsletters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align PR efforts with overall business goals.
- Handle incoming media inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a PR agency, corporate communications department, or related environment.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages for various audiences and channels.
- Knowledge of PR principles, practices, and trends, including media relations, social media, and crisis communications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with media monitoring tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
