**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions to prospective students interested in studying in the UK.
- Assess students' academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and personal circumstances to offer tailored guidance.
- Help students identify suitable universities and courses based on their interests, academic performance, and career goals.
- **Application Assistance**:

- Guide students in preparing necessary documents, including personal statements, reference letters, and portfolios (if applicable).
- Ensure students understand and meet the admission criteria for their chosen institutions.
- **Visa and Immigration Support**:

- Stay updated on UK immigration policies and convey any changes to students promptly.
- **Pre-Departure and Post-Arrival Support**:

- Conduct pre-departure orientation sessions covering topics such as accommodation, travel, and cultural adaptation.
- Offer ongoing support to students after arrival in the UK, helping them adjust to their new environment.
- **Workshops and Seminars**:

- Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and information sessions on studying in the UK.
- Collaborate with UK university representatives to facilitate guest lectures and Q&A sessions.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with UK universities, colleges, and other relevant institutions.
- Liaise with academic and administrative staff at UK institutions to stay informed about updates and changes.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Prepare regular reports on counseling activities and outcomes for the management team.
- **Marketing and Outreach**:

- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote UK study programs.
- Attend education fairs, exhibitions, and school visits to represent the organization and attract prospective students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in educational counseling, preferably with a focus on the UK education system.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK universities, admission processes, and visa regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and student management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Cultural sensitivity and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate students' needs.
- Occasional travel may be required for university visits, education fairs, and other events.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
