**Responsibilities**:
**Instruction**: Deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to diverse learning styles, making complex STEM concepts accessible and comprehensible to students.

**Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and well-organized classroom environment that promotes active participation, collaboration, and respectful behavior among students.

**Assessment and Feedback**: Evaluate student progress through a variety of assessments, provide constructive feedback, and use data-driven insights to adapt instructional strategies accordingly.

**Individualized Support**: Identify and address individual learning needs, providing additional support or enrichment opportunities as required to ensure all students succeed.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, other educators, parents, and community members to enhance STEM education programs and develop interdisciplinary connections.

**Professional Development**: Stay updated with the latest advancements in STEM fields and teaching methodologies through continuous professional development opportunities.

**Safety Protocols**: Ensure safety protocols are followed during lab experiments and hands-on activities, emphasizing the importance of responsible conduct in a STEM setting.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: A bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field (such as biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, computer science, or engineering) is typically required. A master's degree or higher may be preferred for some positions.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts in an understandable manner and to engage students in meaningful discussions.

**Pedagogical Skills**: Strong instructional and classroom management skills, including the ability to differentiate instruction and create a student-centered learning environment.

**Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with educational technology tools, software, and resources relevant to STEM education.

**Problem-Solving**: Effective problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, which are essential for guiding students through the process of analyzing and solving complex problems.

**Adaptability**: Flexibility to adjust teaching methods and strategies based on student needs and emerging educational trends.

**Ethics and Safety**: Strong adherence to ethical standards, safety protocols, and responsible conduct, particularly in laboratory or hands-on settings.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
