**MANDATORY REQUIREMENT**

He / She should have experience in managing institutes which prepare students for IIT - JEE, NEET and other similar competitive examinations.

**KEY FUNCTIONS**

Hiring of Faculty, Operations Management, Sales / Business Development

Location: Gaya, Bihar

**Salary**: As per Industry standard (40K-50K)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Should have good technical understanding of education industry.
- Ability to anticipate student's needs and provide them the solutions to meet his/her expectations. Also, trying to find new ways to create interest in the company's products and services based on the need of students.
- Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.
- Liaison with Head Office in Kolkata for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers.
- Creating interest in the courses while gaining trust and enthusiasm of the students/parents.
- Handling assigned administrative responsibilities.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
