**JOB TITLE :Business Development Executive (Wholesale)**

**DEPARTMENT Sales**

**REPORTS TO :Director**

**GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for the business development executive who will be responsible to drive new business; achieving sales target; ensure all sales and fulfilment process are executed as per agreed time frame; implement sales plan and manage sales.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

Sales Forecasting and Planning
- Responsible for his/her territory's forecasting and sales tracking
- Increasing market share by developing new wholesaler, super stockist, B2B platform. - Achieve sales target for the product and overall target.
- Taking initiates like promotions, offers and discounts to achieve sales projections
- Ensuring minimum return from stores Service Orientation
- Meeting sales target as defined by Company.
- Negotiating sales price and discounts in consultation with Directors.
- Following up with prospects for closure of sales
- Addressing customer complaints and fulfilling requirements within time
- Providing after sales support to the customer
- Ensuring on time collection from customers
- Monitoring and validating costs and ensuring they are within budget limits for the region - Maintaining and building relationships with clients and prospects
- Engaging in ethical behaviour at all times MIS and Reporting : - Monitoring sales and related data and drawing inferences to propose future course of action
- Weekly sales report and Projection for next month to submit to Director.
- Maintain documentation such as contracts, agreements with the clients.
- Provide timely feedback regarding performance of the dealers and distributors to directors.
- Preparing and sending collection reports to the Directors on a periodic basis

**EDUCATION & TRAINING**

 Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any stream preferred or relevant experience of with 2 years.

**KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE**

 Product or industry-specific experience

 Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, advance excel is preferred.

 In addition to these, following are must:
Communication/interpersonal skills:
He must be able to take complex, technical information and translate it for colleagues and consumers who have nontechnical backgrounds.

Must be fluent in English and can check/correct grammatical errors.

Writing skills: They must have excellent writing skills so that they are able to explain technical information clearly.

Teamwork: He must be able to work well with others.

They are almost always part of a team: with product owners, with graphical designers, with production and qc team members.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Channel sales: 1 year (preferred)
