Exp: 2-5 Yrs.

**Job description**
- Sound knowledge of project risk analysis, labor and material management & estimation, permit permissions
- Team Handling capabilities with proven leadership skills
- Ability to pro
- actively identify problems find solution and implement corrective actions
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills with ability to coordinate and influence other supervisory or management
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Affinity to New Concept, Ideas and Technology
- Proactive contribution towards company strategic projects
- To be able to forecast the requirement (manpower, equipment, materials) from start to end within the given budget.
- To have extensive knowledge about quality and quantity of incoming materials. To have experience of hiring contractors/ other staff and to allocate /distribute responsibilities as per the schedule.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
