**Job Title: Receptionist**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Greeting and Welcoming Visitors**:
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- **Answering and Directing Calls**:
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally.
- Transfer calls to the appropriate staff member or department.
- Take and relay messages accurately.
- **Managing Mail and Deliveries**:
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing mail.
- **Scheduling and Managing Appointments**:
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare necessary materials.
- Send reminders to staff and clients about upcoming appointments.
- **Providing Administrative Support**:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- **Handling Inquiries and Providing Information**:
- Respond to inquiries from visitors, clients, and employees.
- Provide information about the company and its services.
- Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
- **Maintaining Security and Safety**:
- Monitor and maintain office security by controlling access via the reception desk.
- Follow security procedures and protocols.
- Report any security or safety issues to management.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be good at Communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
