- Bachelor’s degree inMechanical Engineering with 2 to 3 years of experience min. designing ofsystems, 3Dmodels developments, component design, cataloging of piping, forrotating equipment’s systems
- Knowledge - B31.3 / B31.3 piping design
- Must know AutoCAD andable to work independently to develop General arrangement Drawing / Piping Plan/ piping isometric / Supports etc
- Expertise on 3 Dmodeling of packages on Inventor / PDMS / PDS is preferred.Exposure of Pipingstress analysis on K pipe / CESAR
- horough knowledge ofconsultant’s piping specifications with Valves, industrial piping design &fabrication
- nowledge & exposureof international standards / code like: ASME / ASTM / API / AWS, relevant toPiping.
- Preparation of - pipingcomponents specification for procurement, piping drawings and MTO
- Experience/ Exposure towork with & interpretation of technical specifications of - renownedconsultants like: EIL / TEIL / UHDE / LTC / Technip / Shell DEP / ARAMCO / PDOetc
- Basic knowledge of -Rotating equipment compressor/ Pumps & other Mechanical items, engineeringcalculations, interpretation of engineering drawings
- Reading and Preparationof Package Engineering drawings like P&I Diagram, General Arrangement,Foundation Plan, piping plan and piping isometric drawings.
- Expertise’s working inMS Office (Project, Excel & PowerPoint), Adobe PDF, SAP and Team Center tofacilitate project execution Computer knowledge with hands on experience - inMicrosoft Office
- Strong soft personalskill i.e. team player, quick learner, ability to adapt quickly &effectively etc.
- Experience in the oiland gas industry.
- Knowledge of aproduction planning and schedule-based environment
- Result Oriented Personovercoming all Internal and external hurdles
- Follow and Maintain allQuality and Safety Norms within Organization

**Education Qualification**:

- To develop engineering3D Model using NX 11.0, PDMS in Teamcenter environment for rotating equipmentpackages, balance of plant systems, piping, structural, tubing designing etc(Package and system related models / drawings for rotating equipment’s likeReciprocating Compressors /Turbine/Expander systems, process systems ,equipment’s, consoles / aux systems, hookups, skids etc.in compliance toSiemens energy standard and within applicable specifications.)
- Models, drawings,designing shall be based on client’s / consultant’s requirement, orderspecifications and other applicable technical specifications, formats etc.Generation of catalogs and manage PDMS system similar to PDMS Admin Role too.
- To provide back-officeengineering support for engineering, drafting and document control activitiesfor different Siemens Energy operations globally and also Workshop, Vendor,Client site supports basis project need
- 3D model development forequipments and systems including piping, piping supports, valves, structures,instrumentation, hook ups. (NX11 / PDMS)
- To prepare engineeringspecifications of Piping material/ valves for procurement
- Package design onAutoCAD (General arrangement / layout / cable layout etc.)
- Piping design, routing,piping GA & Isometric drawing preparation with MTO
- Development of PID inComos / AutoCAD
- Development / pipingIsometrics, structural design drawing and MTO (Bill of Material)
- Interpretation ofsimulations studies and implementation of study results (Stress Analysis,Pulsation analysis etc.)
- Basis calculations forpipe, sizing, pressure drops and other ripping related sizes
- Liaise with client /Consultant - for technical matters, drawing approval, 3-D Model review
- Support fabrication andpackaging at Siemens shop / site
- Exposure to ERP Systemi.e. Oracle, SAP etc. will be added advantage.
