**Job Title : Junior Textile Designer / Creative Content Creator**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Textile Designer / Creative content creator to take responsibility for the creative output for our brand. This role calls for a talented all-rounder with initiative and drive along with a skill set that includes: Designing / Stylising along with
Photography and some Graphic Design skills.

**ROLE**
This role requires planning, creation and design editing skills and as part of the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for the visual identity and visual content creation of our Brand. With a focus on photography and videography of events and the brands assets, you will enhance the online experience on the website and social media.

You must have excellent creative, written and communication skills, with the ability to create, plan and prioritize, be flexible, be self-motivated, multi-task, and adaptable.Within this role you will also support coordinating the overall strategic focus of the digital platforms, all its visuals, videography, and campaign content.

**RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Planning and designing new collections based on the market trend and working in synergy with the production team.
- Work with the website management team on product uploading and categorizing works.
- Curate and create daily social media content along with the team.
- Brainstorming and suggesting new ways to improve the traffic
- Photography and videography for social media and campaigns
- Working alongside the marketing team to set up a content calendar and work on an overall brand video strategy
- Assist creatively in the layout of the locations being photographed including styling.
- Sourcing the props, creative materials, and accessories for displays / shoots.
- Post production and editing of all photography and videography
- Uploading creative content onto the company's website and online drives
- Work collaboratively with other team members, designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and visual identity.
- Work with influencers for brand promotion.

**REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS NEEDED**
- Experience in designing brand content for web, desktop and mobile.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
- Bachelors Degree in Textile designing / Visual merchandising or any related fields.
- Excellent creative skills and a great eye for detail
- Excellent creativity, communication, grammar and writing skills that reflect the image of the brand.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
