VACANCY FOR TEAM MANAGER

The position / About the Job:
In this job the Team Manager would be responsible for:

- As owner secure the quality, via audit dialogues, and execution of the SOP’s
- By own presence drive performance of the team and employees.
- Be responsible for own cost account, P4.
- Drive performance meetings, improvement meetings and related activities.
- Be a link between the factory and support functions for daily issues.
- Control of quality, deviations and line stops.
- Provide the team with relevant information.
- Set and follow up targets for the team and each employee, broken down from unit level.
- Perform audits according to ALPS.
- Implementation of Quality Management System through internal & External Audits, NCR, Rework, Tracking, CAPA (Corrective &Preventive Action).
- Reviewing the project requirements applicable for the scope of work, selection of Welding process establishing the welding procedures required.
- Prepare Technical Delivery Condition (TDC) of welding consumables and arrange welding consumable in time.
- Handling various certification, recertification, qualification of welders/welding operatorsfor Audits & Welding (ASME, ISO etc.)
- Resolution of internal & external claims through CSS (Claim Support System).
- Preparation of Job specific Quality Control Procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP’s) (QAP).
- Carry out inspection of raw material, layouts, edge preparation, fit up’s, welding, assembly etc.

What you can be?
- Mechanical / Production Engineering graduate, having relevant experience in the same field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- You are proactive.
- You have good Cross-functional awareness.
