**Job Description for Mechanical Engineer**

**Job Summary**

Jay Enterprise is an upcoming firm in electronics product development dedicated to innovation and excellence. We're seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with expertise in 3D printing and proficiency in SolidWorks to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects and shape the future of product designing.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
Their job roles may include:
1. Utilize 3D printing technologies to prototype and manufacture components for various projects, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and optimize mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks.

4. Perform testing and validation of 3D-printed prototypes to verify performance and functionality, iterating designs as necessary.

5. Stay current with advancements in 3D printing technologies and emerging trends in additive manufacturing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

**Key Competencies**:
1. Proven experience working with 3D printing technologies, including FDM, SLA, SLS, or DMLS.

2. Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, with a strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).

3. Hands-on experience in prototype development, rapid prototyping, and design for additive manufacturing (DFAM) principles.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize designs for performance, cost, and manufacturability.

5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly and concisely.

6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Education**
- BTech, MTech, PhD in Mechanical, or equivalent.

**Experience**
- Freshers with hands
- on experience of using 3D printers and good knowledge of handling 3D printers and materials.
- Minimum 4 project end to end cycles with successful deliverables.

**Compensation**
- Salary package starts from 15,000/- to 35,000/- per month based on the role fitment
