Maintenance Welder

**Responsibilities**:

- Following safety regulations and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as respirators, hard hats, safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and earplugs while on the job site
- Working with a team to plan and execute welding projects that may take several weeks to complete
- Inspecting welds to ensure they meet industry standards for quality
- Operating welding equipment such as arc welders and plasma cutters to fabricate metal components
- Using hand tools such as grinders and drills to cut or shape metal parts
- Repairing cracks in welds using a welding rod and torch or other means
- Measuring and cutting metal materials to specified dimensions using hand tools such as saws, hammers, and wrenches
- Working with engineers to construct prototypes from scratch or from existing designs

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to read/interpret technical documents
- Ability to work in small spaces
- Able to handle electrical/manual tools and welding machinery
- Able to use welding equipment and procedures
- Familiar with relative safety standards
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Possess outstanding attention to detail
- Possess good communication skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- 5-10 years of experience required in related field

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

- ITI Welder (preferred)
