**Mobile App UI/UX Designer**

About the Role:
Are you a creative thinker with a passion for crafting seamless user experiences? Wareline is on the lookout for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll spearhead the design process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design journey from inception to execution, solving complex design challenges with user-centered solutions.
- Craft detailed and innovative designs for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.
- Advocate for the end-user, conducting thorough research and usability testing to enhance user experiences continually.
- Champion design best practices and standards, driving excellence in every aspect of our products.
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, delivering results with precision and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 3-4 years of UI/UX design experience, with a stellar portfolio showcasing your expertise.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch is a must, along with familiarity with tools like Zeplin and Photoshop.
- Meticulous attention to detail, capable of delivering high-fidelity specs for seamless engineering collaboration.
- Strong grasp of design thinking and user-centered design principles, guiding projects with the user at the forefront.
- Passion for innovation and a collaborative spirit to thrive in a dynamic team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
