**Responsibilities**
- Understand the products(courses) that the company is offering
- Complete understanding on the role of an academic counsellor
- To interact with the learners and help them with their queries
- To ensure that the students are happy and thus provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to their queries.
- Submission of sales reports, bringing improvement in Business Growth Initiatives
- Responsible for Improvising the Sales Automation processes
- Work with senior team members and management to identify and manage risks.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
- Any other responsibilities given time to time.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent command of English** in both Writing and Speaking
- Potential to work on high pressure, if needed
- Considerable experience as student/academic counsellor, or in other related position
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Multitasked and career-oriented.

**Qualifications**: B Com, B-TECH, BBA, MBA, or any other related degree

**Job Type**:Full-time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Experience**: Minimum 2 year experience on a similar job role
