Data Entry Operator

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform accurate and efficient data entry tasks related to requisitions, accounts, and other essential school documentation.
- Enter data into spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and maintaining data integrity.
- Create and format Word documents for various purposes, such as reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage data entry tasks using the school's ERP system, updating and maintaining records as required.
- Verify and cross-reference data to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring proper documentation and easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with the admin team to gather and input data accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in reviewing data for errors or discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of all sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies and procedures.
- Provide support in other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data management skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
