Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and implementing financial strategies and plans to support the business goals of the company. This involves analyzing financial data, conducting risk assessments, and forecasting future trends.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Preparing annual budgets and forecasts for the company and monitoring the actual performance against the budget.
- Financial Reporting: Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including management, board of directors, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Cash Management: Managing the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet operational and investment requirements.
- Capital Management: Identifying and executing on capital-raising opportunities to support the growth of the company.
- Investor Relations: Maintaining relationships with investors and analysts, providing them with financial information and analysis, and addressing their concerns.
- Tax and Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, and managing relationships with tax authorities.
- Risk Management: Identifying and managing financial risks to the company, including currency risk, interest rate risk, and credit risk.
- Corporate Governance: Ensuring compliance with all applicable corporate governance requirements, including ethical standards, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Leadership: Building and leading a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Overall, the CFO plays a critical role in the financial management of an Indian IT company, ensuring that the company is financially healthy, compliant, and positioned for long-term success.

**Requirements**:

- Should have Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have overall 15+ years of relevant experience with min 10+ years exp in the IT Service industry is a must.
- Must have a relevant degree in Finance.
- Qualified CA is mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹6,000,000.00 per year
