Retail Trainer

Retail trainers create and implement training programs for retail employees to teach them effective selling and customer service techniques and explain how to follow all company Protocols.

Retail trainers travel to various retail store branches to provide training services.
Trainer will work closely with the Sales team and store managers to train the sales team members.

Retail Trainer responsibilities include:

- Design and execute orientation programs for sales teams.
- Act as a consultant to salespeople for challenges they have on the job.
- Assign mentors and coaches to new sales team members.
- Observe how salespeople and cashiers interact with clients to identify
areas of improvement.
- Determine training needs both for individuals and teams.
- Organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases (e.g.,
how to overcome objections)
- Advise salespeople how to upsell products and services.

- Maintain updated records (KPI) of training curriculum and material.
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
- Mystery audit training to Team.
- Making weekly and monthly reports (Staff report, Monthly mailer etc.)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
