**Position**: Showroom Incharge/Showroom Manager

**Job Summary**:The Showroom in charge is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a showroom. This role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining showroom appearance, and achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Staff Management**:Recruit, train, and supervise showroom staff.
Create work schedules and assign tasks.
Provide coaching and performance feedback to employees.

**Customer Service**:Ensure that customers receive excellent service.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
Train staff on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

**Sales and Targets**:Set and monitor sales targets and goals for the showroom.
Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue objectives.
Analyze sales data and generate reports.

**Inventory Management**:Oversee showroom inventory and stock levels.
Monitor and manage product displays and pricing.
Coordinate restocking and replenishment of products.

**Showroom Maintenance**:Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
Arrange product displays and signage.
Address maintenance issues promptly.

**Budget Management**:Develop and manage the showroom budget.
Control operating costs while maximizing revenue.

**Marketing and Promotion**:Implement marketing and promotional activities to attract customers.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create advertising materials.

**Compliance and Reporting**:Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Prepare regular reports on showroom performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
- Previous experience in retail management or showroom management is highly beneficial.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and budgeting.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
