1) Research, diagnose

2) Troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues related support services resolving network Issues.

3) Configuring operating systems.

4) On-site installations

5) Correction and repair of clients & broadband service.

6) Equipment troubleshooting.

7) Customer service and education.

8) Detailed record keeping.

9) FTTH Connection knowledge

**Requirement**:

- Good communication skill with interpersonal Skill
- Bike Require
- Education : Graduation
- Experience : Min 1 years to 7 Years
- Ctc : 10000 PM to 25000 PM

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
