Designing and drafting: Naval architects create detailed designs and specifications for s, boats, offshore structures, and other marine vessels. By using computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop 2D and 3D models, create structural plans, and incorporate various systems and equipment.

Co ordinate with our Designing team/discuss and clarify the drawings /aspects work plans and co ordinate with naval architect in the work site for the executions

Maintain the drawing files and records -upkeep and produce for any statutory purpose

Support for any correction /modification in the drawings according to the customization

Prepare the basic lay out of the vessels according to the client requirements for the Quote

Structural analysis: Naval architects perform structural analysis to ensure the integrity and stability of marine structures. They use software tools to assess the structural strength, stability, and hydrodynamic performance of ships and offshore platforms. This analysis helps them optimize designs and meet safety standards.

Systems integration: Naval architects work on integrating various systems and components into the vessel's design. This includes propulsion systems, electrical systems, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), navigation and communication systems, and other mechanical and electrical equipment.

Project management: Naval architects often take on project management responsibilities. They coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and other engineering disciplines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. They may be responsible for overseeing a team of designers and engineers working on the project.

Regulatory compliance: Naval architects need to be knowledgeable about international and national regulations governing the design, construction, and operation of ships and marine structures. They ensure that designs comply with relevant rules and standards set by classification societies, maritime authorities, and industry bodies.

Cost estimation and feasibility studies: Naval architects may be involved in conducting feasibility studies and cost estimations for new boat building or retrofitting projects

assess the economic viability of projects, analyze material and equipment costs, and provide recommendations on the most efficient and cost-effective design solutions.

Prepare BOQ in co ordination with other departments from the drawings

Analyse the product/Raw material/Machine Quality used for the construction.

Collaboration and coordination: Naval architects often collaborate with other professionals, such as marine engineers, structural engineers, marine surveyors, and shipyard personnel. They coordinate efforts and exchange information to ensure smooth project execution.

Documentation and reporting: Naval architects prepare technical reports, design specifications, and other documentation related to their projects. They maintain accurate records of design changes, communicate with clients and regulatory bodies, and may contribute to research and development efforts.
