**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Excellent communication skills required**
- Working to provide administrative support for senior leaders and scheduling their calendars to avoid any conflicts
- Scheduling various company-wide events such as seminars, workshops and trade shows
- Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients.
- Writing and distributing agendas, proposals, cost estimates, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
- Creating and maintaining client databases and mail lists.
- Tracking submitted proposals and providing feedback to management.

**JOB LOCATION**: Mohali

**Salary**: ₹10,814.41 - ₹28,134.90 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- work: 2 years (preferred)
