- Data Maintenance and updating customer records on timely basis
- Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department.
- To ensure Service Reminders and Post service follow up are done as per proposed timeline.
- To make a report of the delight parameters recorded across customer interaction.
- To ensure correct contact details of the customer are maintained in the system.
- To do a Root cause analysis of the complaints registered with the help of other functions.
- To follow up on closure of complaints until customer confirms of satisfaction.
- Reporting toCustomer Relationship Manager (CRM) and Works Manager
- PSF CEI- CBSC Calling percentage.
- Preparing Daily, monthly reports related to service department.
- Adherence to documentation.
- Service Customer Complaint Resolution within Defined Closure Time (DCT)

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
