**Job Title**: Production Planner

**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

This exciting role is a great opportunity for an experienced Production planner You will be at the heart of DI (Diagnostic Imaging) Systems and will be executing sales orders & Production orders in ERP system to ensure On Time Production completion at the plant You will also initiate improvement projects to further improve the production planning process. DI Systems is an important part of Philips, and delivers advanced solutions for health professionals to meet the needs of patients worldwide.

**You are responsible for**
- Monitoring production progress and signaling stagnations, such as:

- Mancos from suppliers, Internal defects, Stagnation in the internal flow of goods & delay in production
- Generate and maintain a feasible Detailed Production Schedule (DPS).
- Manage and facilitate the daily and/ or weekly planning handshake meetings with Production/ Operations Management.
- Understand the Material Requirements Plan (MRP) and manage the completion of production orders in line with the plan and daily priorities.
- Make changes to the production order based on Engineering Change Control Board decisions or a special form.
- Troubleshoot production order and materials issue.
- Delivery of service items (manufacturing items). Request additional materials.
- Keeping the administration in the system 1 on 1 with the physical situation within the unit.
- Continuous improvements in the internal goods and information flow. Initiate counting actions and analyze stock differences.

**You are a part of**

Within DI Systems, the Order-To-Cash process entails all the activities from receipt of customer order to delivery at hospital site. Within the Order-To-Cash process there are 5 key activities handled by 5 teams, namely: S&OP/Order desk, Planning & Execution Control, NPI Supply Chain Management, Operational Procurement and Physical Distribution. You will be part of the Planning & Execution control team

**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience**
- You have a Bachelor degree in Engineering at least 3 years of relevant working experience in reputed companies,
- You have proven experience in SAP (PP/MM) or another ERP system (required)
- You are a good communicator with good stakeholder management skills (required)
- You have competencies in Order scheduling, Production order management & shop-floor control
- Knowledge on DI products is a strong plus, or at least supply chain experience in high-tech machine/component building industry is a strong preference
- You have the following behavior and character: customer-focused, team player, pro-active, make-it-happen attitude, flexible, persistent, empathic, able to build bridges
- You can fluently communicate on different organizational levels in English
