Responsibilities:

- **Data Entry and Management**:

- Accurately enter and update data in the company's database or information management system.
- Ensure the integrity and security of data by performing regular data backups.
- **Documentation and Record-keeping**:

- Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and documents.
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation as required.
- **Communication**:

- Assist in communication between various departments within the organization.
- **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with other team members and departments to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and appointments as needed.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Assist in preparing presentations and reports.
- **Quality Control**:

- Review and verify the accuracy of information before processing or submitting it.
- Identify and rectify errors in data or documentation.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast of industry regulations and updates related to back-office functions.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address and resolve issues or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to find solutions to challenges.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or similar role.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Excel).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
