**Responsibilities**
- To assist Line Manager with management of all aspects of banqueting events from enquirer to conclusion of banqueting events
- Ensuring compliance to sanitation, hygiene, health and safety legislation and organisational and quality requirements and working policies and procedures.
- To assist Line Manager to manage the designing, planning, costing and pricing of banqueting events
- To assist Line Manager to manage and co-ordinate food and drinks/beverages preparation and Fixture, Fittings and Equipment list
- To assist in quality management of food and drinks/beverages and Fixture, Fittings and Equipment
- To assist Line Manager to investigate and resolve customer complaints
- To assist in managing customers’ expectations and deal and resolve with all concerns/queries
- Effective liaison, support and assistance with the remainder of organisation
