**About the team**:
The team work on day to network and security troubleshooting tasks.

**What you will be doing**:

- Script and Implement firewall policy changes on production devices
- Review firewall change requests for completeness, appropriateness, and clarity - work with reques to resolve
- issues or obtain approvals prior to routing for implementation
- Provide Tier 2 network security problem isolation, determination and resolution
- Have familiarity with client base and the resources being utilized by all FIS business units and customers
- Provide support for business continuity and disaster recovery tests

**What you bring**:

- 5+ years of experience of working on network and security, CCNP, CCSP certification or training
- Expert knowledge of Cisco (iOS) security devices, fundamental knowledge of Juniper security devices.
- Understanding of TCP/IP network implementation and troubleshooting
- Fundamental knowledge of routing protocol configuration and MPLS on firewalls and security devices
- Experience with IPSec VPN, Understanding of WAN technologies
- Understanding of TCP/IP network implementation and troubleshooting, IP addressing and subnets, Network Address Translation (NAT) concept, business continuity and disaster recovery and
- Knowledge on ITIL process, preferably change management
