4. Coordinate Internship Programs: Organize internships for students to gain practical experience and enhance their employability.

5. Track Placement Success: Maintain records of student placements and track the success rate of placements over time.

6. Industry Trends Research: Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and changes in digital marketing to better advise students.

7. Collaboration with Instructors: Work closely with instructors to ensure students are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for the job market.

8. Networking Events: Organize networking events, career fairs, and guest speaker sessions to facilitate connections between students and industry professionals.

9. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from employers and students to continuously improve the placement process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, career counseling, or human resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing industry trends and job market demands.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with resume writing, interview techniques, and career development resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
