**Job Location: CBD Belapur**

**Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Meetings**:

- Meet with clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and design preferences.
- Conduct thorough consultations to gather information and insights necessary for creating personalized design solutions.
- Present design proposals, mood boards, and material samples to clients, and incorporate their feedback into the design process.

**2. Conceptualization**:

- Develop innovative design concepts that align with client objectives, spatial constraints, and budgetary considerations.
- Create sketches, renderings, and conceptual drawings to illustrate design ideas and spatial arrangements.
- Collaborate with clients to refine and finalize design concepts before proceeding to the planning phase.

**3. Planning**:

- Develop detailed interior design plans, including space layouts, furniture arrangements, and lighting schemes.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, colors, and furnishings to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of the space.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards, and other regulatory requirements.

**3. Bill of Quantities (BOQ)**:

- Prepare accurate BOQ documents detailing materials, fixtures, furnishings, and finishes required for interior design projects.
- Source suppliers, obtain quotes, and negotiate pricing to optimize project budget and quality.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to procure materials and furnishings in a timely and cost-effective manner.

**4. Details**:

- Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules for interior construction, millwork, and finishes.
- Provide clear instructions and specifications to contractors and tradespeople to ensure precise execution of design details.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.

**5. Coordination**:

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to integrate interior design with architectural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems.
- Resolve design conflicts, coordination issues, and technical challenges through effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain clear documentation of design decisions, change orders, and project updates.

**6. Site Billing**:

- Monitor project expenses, track purchases, and prepare billing statements for client approval.
- Review contractor invoices and verify work completed against contractual agreements and project milestones.
- Coordinate with project managers and accounting teams to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payment collection.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
