We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OT (Operation Theater) Technician to join our team. The OT Technician will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and maintenance of the operation theater, as well as providing support to surgical teams during procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the operation theater before surgeries, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sterilized and ready for use.
- Assist surgical teams by handing them instruments and supplies as needed during procedures.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the operation theater.
- Set up and operate surgical equipment, such as suction machines, lights, and sterilizers.
- Assist in transporting patients to and from the operation theater.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Provide support to the surgical team in emergent situations.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and sterilization procedures.
- Participate in training programs and continuing education to stay updated on new techniques and equipment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification or diploma in OT Technology or a related field.
- Previous experience working as an OT Technician in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy equipment and patients.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
