**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct telephonic counseling sessions to understand clients' needs and provide relevant information.
- Offer guidance and support to clients, addressing their concerns and queries.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of interactions and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive counseling environment.
- Stay informed about our services, programs, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
