**About the Role**
Role will be predominantly to work under Regional Sales Head and support in onboarding new Fintech partners on UGRO System for SCF Products and work closely with risk and operations to further service these fintech alliances and grow book size for their customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Fair knowledge of financial documents & balance sheet to understand credit assessments.
- Understanding of KYC, GST, Bank statement etc. documents for customer onboarding.
- Ensuring timely conversion of leads, utilization of sanction limits and repayments & re billing.
- Must be comfortable working in demanding work culture involving achievement of multiple targets like acquisition of NTBs, Book size Growth, Fee income and Cross selling of other products as needed.
- Maintaining cordial relationship with customers with good service and problem-solving attitude.
- Close monitoring of portfolio is required : look for opportunity in potential accounts and exit plan in stress accounts.
**Education**
- Graduate/ Postgraduate
**Experience**
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Finance Sales Role with any Banks / NBFCs / FinTech.
