Degree/Diploma in Plastic Injection Molding or B tech/Diploma with experience in relevant field

Thorough knowledge on Injection molding process & optimization

Hands on skill on Molding machines settings preferably Milacron (tonnage varying from 50 to 600 T)

Should be able to set Molding process single handedly.

Knowledge on Plastic Raw materials

Strong exposure to new Mold trials

Knowledge & Exposure to Scientific injection molding process

Exposure to Mold assembly process will be highly appreciated.

8 -10 years previous injection molding process experience is required.

Working knowledge on 5S & lean manufacturing tools & ISO documentation

Should be able to do Injection molding machine Maintenance/Breakdown (At least with the help of service engineer)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; very detail-oriented

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Excellent computer skills

Should be a team player and proactive in approach

Strong communication skills interacting with all levels of a company’s hierarchy
