**Expertise**:

- **Experience with DSLR Cameras**: Look for a photographer who is proficient in using DSLR cameras, as these provide the high-quality images needed for your project.
- **Wide Angle Lens Expertise**: Ensure the photographer has experience using wide-angle lenses, particularly a 12mm lens, to capture expansive views of the venue location.
- **Portfolio Review**: Review the photographer's portfolio to assess their proficiency in capturing venue locations from various angles and perspectives.
- **Attention to Detail**: Seek a photographer who demonstrates attention to detail, ensuring they capture every side of the venue comprehensively.
- **Understanding of Client Needs**: Choose a photographer who understands the purpose of the project and can adapt their photography style to meet client expectations.
- **Collaborative Approach**: Opt for a photographer who is open to collaboration and willing to work closely with you to achieve the desired results.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Ensure the photographer is proficient in using editing software and AI tools to enhance and convert images into 360-degree videos effectively.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Execute various photography projects, including but not limited to portraits, events, product shoots, and lifestyle photography, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to client briefs.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, offering creative insights and solutions to achieve their objectives.
- Manage all aspects of the photography process, from planning and preparation to execution and post-production, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of final assets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies, continuously refining skills and approaches to maintain a competitive edge.
- Contribute to the overall success of the studio by actively participating in brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas, and supporting team members as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in photography, visual arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a professional photographer with a minimum of 3-4 years in a similar role, demonstrating a diverse portfolio showcasing technical skill and creative flair across different genres.
- Proficiency in operating a range of professional photography equipment and software, including DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory, with the ability to consistently produce visually compelling images that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to accommodate client schedules and project requirements.
- Passionate about photography and committed to continuous learning and professional development to enhance skills and stay at the forefront of industry trends.

**Required Equipments**:

- **Camera**: A professional-grade DSLR or mirrorless camera capable of capturing high-resolution images with exceptional clarity and detail.
- **Lenses**: A selection of lenses to cover a range of focal lengths and shooting scenarios, including:
A. Prime lenses for portraits and low-light conditions.

B. Zoom lenses for versatility.

C. 12mm wide-angle lens to capture expansive scenes and landscapes with a wide field of view.
- **Lighting Equipment**: Studio lighting equipment, including strobes, softboxes, reflectors, and modifiers, to achieve desired lighting effects and enhance the quality of photographs.
- **Tripod**: A sturdy tripod for stable camera support, especially for long exposures, low-light conditions, or when shooting in challenging environments
- **Accessories**: Additional accessories such as memory cards, batteries, lens filters, and cleaning kits to ensure uninterrupted shooting and maintenance of equipment.
