Mange all admin, clerical, hiring, customer relationships & orders management
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
- Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
- Manage and oversee the whole recruiting and hiring process
- Design and implement company policies
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company
- Manage e-commerce platforms i.e Flipkart, Amazon, Jio, etc and company websites.
- Manage daily orders from e-commerce platforms
- Oversee materials and inventory every week
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
- Look after customer complaints
- Answer phones and assist callers with inquiries
- Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc
- Perform other office duties as assigned
- Maintain spreadsheets for various reports

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
