**Job Role**:
We are seeking a dedicated IT Executive to join our team at Matrix Polytech Pvt Ltd. As the IT Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the organization's technological needs. You will collaborate with various departments and external vendors to implement IT solutions that align with business objectives and foster the company's growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, hardware, and software systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and fully functional.
- User Support: Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions in operations.
- Network Security: Implement and maintain robust security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and data backup systems, to safeguard the company's sensitive information and prevent cybersecurity threats.
- IT Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory guidelines.
- Technology Upgrades: Stay updated with the latest IT trends and recommend technology upgrades or improvements that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and maintaining effective working relationships.
- Data Management: Manage data storage and backups, ensuring data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
- Training and Documentation: Conduct IT training sessions for employees and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and processes.
- IT Budgeting: Assist in preparing IT budgets, track expenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and network administration.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
- Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and innovative mindset to identify and implement IT process improvements.
